These terms govern your use of Wrecksaurus, operated by Gipros Web Solutions SARL. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to submit a nickname, contact message, or community wreck. If the law where you live requires parental permission, you must have it.

The game

Wrecksaurus is provided for entertainment. Puzzle schedules, accepted answers, scoring, hints, streaks, leaderboards, and features may change. We may correct broken puzzles, remove scores, or suspend features when needed.

Leaderboard rules

Leaderboard participation is optional and requires no account. Only server-verified winning attempts are eligible, and implausibly fast or manipulated results may be refused or removed. Do not impersonate another person, use offensive language, advertise, or post contact information. Duplicate ordinary nicknames may exist.

Community submissions

By submitting a wreck, you confirm that you created the submitted wording or have permission to submit it, and that it does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights.

You grant Gipros Web Solutions SARL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, store, edit, adapt, publish, display, promote, and use the submission in connection with Wrecksaurus and its social channels. This allows us to shorten or rewrite a submission for fairness, tone, spelling, and gameplay.

Publication and credit are not guaranteed. When a usable credit name is supplied and a submission is selected, we may display “Requested by [name].” Do not submit song lyrics, private information, hateful content, threats, advertising, malware, or content copied from another puzzle service.

Editorial process and drafting tools

Wrecksaurus is a Gipros Web project. Puzzle drafts may be assisted by Gemini, Claude, and GPT, but every published wreck is selected and reviewed by a human. More information appears on the About page.

Intellectual property

The Wrecksaurus name, site design, software, original artwork, puzzle presentation, and original editorial content belong to the operator or its licensors. You may share the built-in spoiler-free result and challenge formats. You may not copy the database, scrape unpublished answers, or create a confusingly similar service using Wrecksaurus branding.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, bypass attempt or leaderboard limits, automate guesses, probe private endpoints, submit malicious content, or use the site in violation of applicable law.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free puzzles, permanent retention of streaks or scores, or compatibility with every device.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms. The updated date will appear at the top. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
